Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order) without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day window. You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account here:
Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the standard outbound shipping cost. We only refund standard shipping, not express/premium
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
